Xbox One Gets Project Spark Beta
Beginning today, the developers at Team Dakota, are expanding the Project Spark beta to Xbox One. The Project Spark beta has been available on Windows 8 for a while now, and many fans of the project have wondered when the beta would be coming to Xbox One. Anyone interested in this world builder should head on over to www.projectspark.com and use your email to enroll for beta access.
You can make anything that you can imagine with Project Spark. Pinball games, Jenga, a clone of Flappy Bird, and even recreate set pieces from Game of Thrones. There’s so much to do and try, and the community has already created a bunch of stuff for you to play once you get access.[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=1Tbfhx7rtEM]
The Xbox One version gives the user access to a Performance Capture system that allows them to create custom animations for their projects. You can edit these animations to get the feel and look for your characters. Giving you the ability to create NPCs for RPGs, or monsters that will attack the player. There’s no limit to what you can possibly do in Project Spark, it’s entirely up to you.
You’ll also be able to easily share your creations with the rest of the world. Project Sparks uses the Internet Explorer app and seamlessly lets players access community content. What are you waiting for, sign up, and start sharing your world with everyone else.
